Guarantee
All animals sold are guaranteed to be visibly healthy, well established and feeding consistently upon arrival. However, considering the possible circumstances, and the problems inherent when dealing with delicate animals, I cannot extend a long term guarantee once an animal reaches its new home and for this reason all sales are final. I ask that you thoroughly inspect animals and notify me within 48 hours of arrival if you aren’t happy or have any concern. No cash refunds, animal credit only.

Shipping
All live animal shipments are sent FedEx via ShipYourReptiles.com overnight. Live arrival guaranteed within agreed upon timeframe. DOA’s must be saved and reported within 2 hours of receipt and include detailed photos of the animal and original shipping materials. Inquire for international export.
